We Are a Directory, Not a Marketplace

ResellerVault provides a curated list of UK wholesale, manifest stock, joblot and pallet suppliers for informational purposes only. We do not:

• Sell stock or products
• Act as an agent or intermediary for any supplier
• Process orders or payments between buyers and suppliers
• Hold, inspect, or guarantee any supplier's stock
• Guarantee the availability of any supplier's products

All purchases made with suppliers found through ResellerVault are entirely between you and the supplier. ResellerVault is not a party to any such transaction.

Supplier Information

Whilst we make reasonable efforts to verify supplier listings, ResellerVault cannot guarantee that:

• Supplier information is accurate, complete or current at all times
• Listed suppliers are still actively trading
• Minimum order information, pricing or stock availability is up to date
• Transparency ratings accurately reflect current supplier practices

Always verify supplier details directly before placing an order.

Transparency Ratings

Our transparency ratings (Manifest, Described, Blind) are assigned based on information available at the time of listing and are reviewed periodically. These ratings are our assessment only and do not constitute a guarantee of what any supplier will provide.

No Financial Advice

Nothing on ResellerVault constitutes financial, business or investment advice. Reselling involves risk and you should conduct your own due diligence before purchasing stock from any supplier.

Limitation of Liability
