1. Who We Are
ResellerVault is a directory connecting UK resellers with suppliers, and a platform (“Take The Lot”) connecting individual sellers of bundle stock with buyers. We do not sell stock ourselves, and we are not a party to any transaction between a reseller, a supplier, or a Take The Lot seller.

2. The Supplier Directory
2.1 Access to the full supplier directory requires an active paid subscription (currently £4.99/month, subject to change with notice).
2.2 We carry out basic checks on suppliers before listing them (such as confirming UK trading status), as described on our “How We Check Suppliers” page. This does not constitute a guarantee, endorsement, or warranty of any supplier’s conduct, stock quality, pricing, or reliability. You should always exercise your own judgment, including starting with a small test order before committing to a larger one.
2.3 We reserve the right to remove any supplier from the directory at our discretion, including in response to verified complaints.
3. Take The Lot
3.1 Take The Lot listings are submitted by individual sellers free of charge and are not checked by ResellerVault the same way directory suppliers are.
3.2 We review submissions before they go live to confirm they are genuine bundle listings (not pallets, wholesale stock, or unrelated content), but this review does not constitute a guarantee of the seller’s identity, the accuracy of their listing, or the condition or existence of the goods described.
3.3 ResellerVault connects buyers and sellers only. We are not a party to, and accept no liability for, any transaction, payment, delivery, or dispute arising between a Take The Lot buyer and seller. You transact with sellers entirely at your own risk. See our buyer safety guidance on the Take The Lot page.
3.4 We reserve the right to remove any listing, reject any submission, or suspend any seller’s access to Take The Lot at our discretion.
4. Subscriptions and Payment
4.1 Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
4.2 You may cancel at any time via your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you will retain access until then. No partial refunds are given for the remaining period.
4.3 By subscribing, you receive immediate digital access to the supplier directory. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you would normally have a 14-day cooling-off period in which to cancel for a full refund — by ticking the agreement box at signup, you acknowledge that this cooling-off period does not apply once you have accessed the service, in exchange for receiving instant access. 5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any application, listing, or review
- Attempt to circumvent the paywall, scrape data, or access the Site through unauthorised means
- Use contact details obtained through the Site (including via Take The Lot) for unsolicited marketing or spam
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResellerVault is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site, your reliance on supplier or listing information, or any transaction with a third party facilitated through the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence, where such limitation is not permitted by law.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
