It's not a perfect system though — circumstances can change and no directory can guarantee a transaction between two independent businesses. Reseller Vault UK connects you with suppliers but isn't involved in individual transactions, so we can't guarantee outcomes. If a supplier lets you down, let us know — repeat issues affect whether they stay listed. Our community is also quick to flag problem suppliers, which helps keep the directory accountable.
We don't knowingly list suppliers dealing in counterfeit or fake goods, and reports of this get suppliers removed. Always check authenticity yourself when it matters, especially with branded items — no directory can fully guarantee what arrives at your door.
