1. What's included
Package 1 (£75): One non-pinned featured post in the Whatnot Seller UK Facebook Community, live for 7 consecutive days, including one supplied image and a direct link to your website.
Package 2 (£150): Everything in Package 1, plus one non-pinned featured post in the Reseller Vault UK private Facebook group (7 consecutive days), plus one dedicated Supplier Spotlight blog article published on resellervault.co.uk, which will also be included in one edition of our mailing list newsletter.
2. No guarantee of leads or sales
Reseller Vault UK will use reasonable efforts to give your business genuine visibility and exposure to our audience. However, we do not guarantee any specific number of views, clicks, enquiries, leads, or sales resulting from either package. Results depend on factors outside our control, including audience interest, market conditions, and the appeal of your own offer and website. Purchasing advertising with us is not a guarantee of business outcomes.
3. Content and artwork
You may supply your own artwork/image, or request that Reseller Vault UK produce it on your behalf. Reseller Vault UK reserves the right to decline or request changes to any artwork or content that is inaccurate, misleading, or inconsistent with our community guidelines or brand standards.
4. Scheduling
Posts will typically go live within 24-48 hours of payment and content approval. We always aim for the quickest possible turnaround, but do not guarantee a specific publish date unless separately agreed in writing.
5. Refunds
Once a post has gone live, the service is considered delivered and is non-refundable. If Reseller Vault UK is unable to deliver the agreed package for any reason before it goes live, a full refund will be issued.
6. Removal
Reseller Vault UK reserves the right to remove any post at any time if it breaches Facebook's community guidelines, our own content standards, or applicable law.
